Keyframe
Generative animation you choreograph instead of prompt.

What I’m building
Keyframe is a tool where you sketch motion — pose to pose, beat to beat — and a diffusion model fills in the frames in your style. It’s for animators who want a collaborator, not a slot machine. You keep authorship; the model does the in-betweens.
Why I’m building it
I’m a motion artist, and every “AI animation” tool I’ve tried takes the craft away and hands back a random result. I want the opposite: something that respects timing, weight, and intent. Less prompt, more choreography.
What the tokens unlock
Credits pay for the heavy rendering compute — generating and re-rendering frame sequences fast enough that the tool feels like drawing, not waiting.

Updates
The in-betweener holds a walk cycle now
It finally respects weight. Posted a 4-second clip to supporters — the feet don’t skate anymore.
