What I’m building
OpenClinic AI turns a clinic’s existing paper records into a searchable, private patient history by reading handwritten notes, and gives nurses a quick summary before each visit. It runs mostly on-site so sensitive data never leaves the clinic.
Why I’m building it
I’ve watched a clinic re-diagnose a patient from zero because last month’s folder was misfiled. In a busy clinic that’s not rare, it’s Tuesday. Memory shouldn’t depend on whether a piece of paper survived.
